Year 8 pupil Ben Sanderson made nine Lemon Drizzle Cakes for his neighbours to cheer them up during lockdown.

Ben decided that he wanted to do something to cheer up his neighbours during lockdown and baking seemed like the perfect solution.

He worked out how to scale up a recipe for one cake and batched three batches of three cakes before wrapping up and delivering to his neighbours. Well done Ben!
