Sixth Formers are encouraged to develop their leadership skills through diverse opportunities, including positions of responsibility in boarding and competitive houses, mentoring younger pupils and duties as school officials and prefects.
Bethany wouldn’t be able to provide the level of care and support to each of its pupils without our dedicated Prefect team on-hand to help.
Ever-present at School events, the Prefects serve as the friendly faces to staff and parents, but also work closely with staff to ensure that every child in the School is well looked after. Our Prefects help by keeping an eye on the younger pupils, looking out for them, encouraging good behaviour and being generally reliable role models throughout the School.
We provide training to help them fulfil these roles, including our Young Enterprise and Apprenticeship Challenge initiatives.
By the time our Sixth Formers walk out of Bethany’s gates for the last time, they are confident, self-assured, well-rounded young men and women, ready to embrace the challenges that lie ahead.
