On Tuesday 8th November Art, DT and Academic scholars travelled to London for a visit to the Science Museum

The Science Museum is currently hosting an exhibition entitled ‘Science Fiction: Voyage to the Edge of the Imagination’. The exhibition gave scholars the opportunity to explore authentic objects from movies, TV and books, and paintings, artworks, and photography.

It also helped them to gain a deeper understanding of how the global reach of scientific imagination has inspired technological advancements of our modern world and the future of tomorrow.

During the visit some time was spent collating information, taking photos and sketching. In the coming weeks scholars will being to use the experience to inspire their scholar projects for this academic year.
