Speakers were victorious in the second Bethany Pancake Race, which took place on Shrove Tuesday this week.

​​​​​​​The Speakers team, led home by Mr Cuthbert himself, made use of the wind-assisted conditions and employed clever tactics of flipping their pancake at the end of each leg rather than trying to flip their pancakes while running. Kiplings finished second and Roberts third.
