IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Analyst working on-site to support the technology needs of Bethany School.

Bethany is a vibrant and forward-thinking co-ed independent day and boarding School, for 11 – 18 year olds. Rated ‘Excellent’ by ISI in 2023

 

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in IT, preferably in an educational setting as well as experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server environments. Candidates will have strong technical skills, excellent problem solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

 

It is envisaged that a growing proportion of time will be devoted to software support as hardware and network requirements become increasingly stable and long lasting.

 

Salary: £33,000 to £37,000 per annum.

 

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
